LC-18 Star Balloon Tilda - By Sabrina

Hello everyone!
Sabrina here..
It's my turn to inspire you a bit..
I created to thank one of the children of the fifth grade of my children by the whole class ...

I colored the little Tilda with the Prismacolor, also creating
the yellowish halo under the star ... I inserted some die cuts and assembled my card! ... I love this little Tilda LC-18 Star Balloon Tilda

I hope I'm inspired

Hello everyone!
Tina here..
It's my turn to inspire you a bit..

I made a card in lilac tones with the super cute Tilda with Early Bird from the Le Fleur Upgrade..

I have a confession to make..
This is one of my all-time favourites.. At least for now..
I know I'm gonna fall in love with tons of other Tilda's in the future.. I simply can't resist them.. It's the same for you, I know.. LOL!

The image is coloured with Distress Inks.. My favourite colouring medium..

And these are some close-ups of the inside, back and some of the details..
The tags and fence are Magnolia Doohickeys and they are called Bloomy Tag and Lovely Fence..
As you can see I've used lots and lots of other dies and products on here as well..

If there's anything you'd like to know about this project, don't hesitate to visit my Magnolia blog HERE and contact me..
You will find all the details over there and I'll be more than happy to answer any questions you may still have..

That's all for now.. I really hope you enjoyed your stay..
I wish you all a super amazing day!

Best wishes to you Monique!

It is with a sad heart we have to say goodbye
to our dear Monique
who has decided to step down
from the Magnolia Design Team.

To honor her we would like to show case
several of her wonderful creations.
She has her own beautiful and unique style,
and you can always recognize her card
or creation.

So lets go back in time and look at
one of her first cards from 2009.

It didn't take too long for her cards to develop
with more finer details and embellishments.
Just look at this wonderful Christmas creation here.

Also this year she did several workshops,
here she is doing demos in Netherlands for Magnolia
at Krea Doe.

In 2011 she continued to do workshops for
Magnolia and Doe@Ding.
And continued making wonderful cards and projects.
Isn't this book just amazing!!

And we just have to share some photos from her trip
to the Magnolia Day in BorĂ¥s,
meeting up with her team mates Camilla H, Lillemor and Camilla S.

Here she is outside the Magnolia store.

In 2012 she made these stunning creations.

And between other workshops and demos for Doe@Ding,
she was also a star at the Magnolia Day in 2012

What a bunch of talents!
Here come some more of her projects,
we could just show case them all!
First two beautiful creations from 2013.

She is well known for her stunning
Christmas creations, and this is no exception!

Now we jump to 2016, for this scene.

And from 2018 we have chosen these amazing projects:
Isn't this book just the cutest!

And here's an amazing Halloween project!

And don't you just want to move into this house!!

We are at the end of this post,
which easily could been much longer.
But for the last card we have chosen her last Magnolia card.

Thank you so much for the time
you have spent with us in Magnolia,
for all your gorgeous creations,
and for your friendship.
We will miss you dearly.

Lots of love,
The Magnolia Design Team

Happy Easter!

Happy Easter!  I hope you are enjoying the Easter weekend.  We have made, and already eaten several, Easter nest cakes here and are looking forward to this morning's egg hunt!  You may have already seen today's project if you tuned into Magnolia's debut on Hochanda TV where my lovely team mate Becky created live on the show.  I'm sharing it today on the TOMIC blog.  I saved a pretty yellow egg box ready for decorating as an Easter gift - these are a great idea to give small eggs in.

I had to get an Easter bunny on here, of course, so I chose the sweet Tilda with Little Bunny from the Sunbeam Collection and painted her with Distress Inks as always.  I added Stardust Stickles to her head band and the frills on her pockets.  I also used the cute Sunlight stamp in the background.

To add some extra interest to the image I stamped her face and the bunny's tail twice so that I could decoupage the image.

I used the bird Doohickey from Vintage Box 5 and the recipe card from the Recipe Card Collection to cut out the image.

The sentiment is also from the Sunbeam collection and I've used the feather Doohickeys and flower spray Doohickey from Vintage Box 5 too.  The daffodils were created using the Daffodil Doohickey and stamens from my stash.  I made the little eggs from air drying clay before painting with white acrylic paint, inking with chalk ink and adding the speckles with a Distress Ink marker.

I added the same embellishments at the other side of the egg box.

I made a belly band for the egg box and edged it with lace Doohickey from Vintage Box 3, cut several times.  It makes such a pretty edge!

I hope you like it and thanks for looking!  Have a wonderful Easter!

Easter wishes

It's my day to showcase what I have created for this month :)

I have used some lovely papers from Magnolia (I have lots of them and am finally plucking up the courage to cut through them to use :)

I have coloured in Tilda with Rose Basket from the Pink Lemonade collection in 2014.

I have used distress ink reinkers on Langton paper

Have used lots of doohickeys from Vol 8 of Doohickey - basically the wire mesh and the rabbit are both from that collection.

I have used a heart chipboard on the top left corner and added on some flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts.

Have used the Tilda Tag in a pocket with vintage seam binding in purple.

A little birdhouse charm just under the flowers and some stickles over the project to complete it....

and I wish you all a Happy Easter

eat lots of chocolate and cakes :)
